Down Payment & Cancellation Policy

There is a 50% non-refundable down payment upon booking the scheduled time. The remainder is due the day of session.

Cancellations happen. Down payments are non-refundable but they are transferable if we need to schedule at a later date we can, they are not transferable if they are canceled 48 hours or less in advance.  If a cancellation happens there will be a rescheduling fee possibly, the specific fee will vary. This fee will vary depending on the scale of the event. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance there is not a rescheduling fee.  This policy is to ensure we are being respectful of everyone's time.
